FULL PLANNING

Don't know where to start? That's our favorite!  We’re there every step of the way from start to finish.  From casting the vision to the execution, we will help make all of your event dreams come to life while working with you every step of the way. 

Here are the details:
-Venue selection and site visits
-Vendor referrals and management 
-Contract review and negotiation
-Budget assessment and oversight
-Planning checklist with to-do’s outlined throughout the process
-Creation of design plan to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations, color palette, and custom floor plans
-Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design and tablescape decor
-Sourcing of custom design pieces including event furnishings and decor
-Management of structural event elements including tenting, flooring, and staging 
-Curation of paper suite to include: invitations, place cards, name cards, signage, etc. 
-Creation of custom installations for cake, escort card, and other displays
-Create and manage wedding timeline
-Coordination with venue staff
-Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s
-Run rehearsal prior to wedding day
-(2) Event assistants on-site day-of
-Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for
-Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client

PARTIAL PLANNING

This package is perfect for clients who have an idea of what they want to achieve and have done some of the planning but need help tying up those loose ends in areas that they’re hazy in! Don't you worry, we are willing to step in!

Here are the details:
-Support in finding a great venue that you love and is within your budget
-Assist with Vendor Selections, Contracts and Negotiations
-Create time lines and deadlines, while keeping you informed of everything that we manage
-Available at your  florist meetings to consult on design
-Available to give design ideas to assist in your overall aesthetic
- (1) Coordinator and (1) Event assistants on-site day-of
-Execute event day according to the timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for.
-Oversee set-up and breakdown of your event
-Set up your event decor and ensure all personal items are returned to you. 
-Run rehearsal prior to wedding day
-Full Use of IvyRose Emergency Wedding Day Kit 

STARTING AT $2500

COORDINATION

We don't offer a "day of" coordination package, we offer a Month Of Coordination.
Why?  The month leading up to your event can be stressful between vendor communication, creating a timeline,  etc.
 -45 days before your event we will meet to  go over every detail for your big day, this gives you time to make any final decisions.
-We will take over all vendor communication so you can sit back and relax.
-Create your timeline and distribute it to vendors and VIPs. If you have one that you'd like us to use thats fine too!
-(1)  Coordinator and (1) Event assistants on-site day-of
-Execute event day according to the timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for.
-Oversee set-up and breakdown of your event
-Set up your event decor and ensure all personal items are returned to you.
